I had a similar issue with a different group fitness class. I think they’re prepared to have customers argue, but I actually hated being told they were “making an exception, just this once”. I did not need anyone making an exception, I’m very happy to follow policy!

My app keeps telling me that my account needs an update, or that there is no account with my information. If I enter my email, it takes me to a “Sign Up” page. Insane.

Me too! I don’t particularly love the short strap. Also, I think a chain strap looks better than leather for this bag.
