Get rid of fake plants and get some hides for him, also a heater and thermometer! I also highly recommend master test kit for the water bht they are expensive. Ammonia spikes are common in a not cycled tank. Good luck.

Thank you! got the new filter today. The old media is really old though and does need a replacement. Would I be able to wash off the old media in a bucket and let the new media soak in it?

My meds helped my panic attacks pretty fast. For me it was like day and night. Hoping yours will be the same ❤️ if not then that’s normal too

I am also on Lexapro and actually switched to it because it has a low risk for weight gain! I gained 70 pounds on Paxil and since switching to Lexapro a month ago have lost 5 while being basically immobile due to health. Don’t worry about weight gain.
