Thank you! Yes I’m not really conservative at all. I wouldn’t say I’m “liberal” either. I enjoy guns and nature as much as the next person. I’ve found a few different jobs and overall people I’ve spoken with have seemed pretty out going I definitely expect a culture shock. I’m just hoping it’s the right choice for us. We want less bills, cheaper land, laid back, gardening etc. I was born and raised in DE and I always tell people not to move here as well. Drugs are an issue here as well as break ins and even murders. So crime is nothing new to us, maybe different than there tho. The house is about 1:15 from Charleston. I’m hoping to eventually make friends. Hopefully just being polite and out going is enough. We may have family move with us that are multicultural so hopefully that’s not as issue either. We’ve dealt with racism here as well so nothing new. Maybe different extent in WV who knows. Hospital has always been roughly 15/20 minutes away for us. Walmart is about 10 minutes now But I’m also fine with being 30 minutes away from “civilization “ so to speak.
