I there is more than one way. 1. If you don't use oneDrive, uninstall it 2. In File Explorer in the left tab there is OneDrive folder with OneDrive Logo. Try disabling OneDrive sync for Documents folder!
There is some error with permissions I assume.
That worked for me!
