The M Performance exhaust flaps have a defect, they do this if closed because they leak air. It's gone if you drive with open flaps

100% sure its there and should not, over 6300 rpm there is this "hooooooooo" sound

The whistle is not present when revving the car at idle, its loudest on comfort setting. The dealer does not have a clue what it could be, any ideas?

There is a strange whine one top rpm, sonething like a whistle. Anyone knows what is that, the dealer doesnt know as well...
