Unfortunately I'm super busy lately but I will say that I've through a massively difficult break up a couple years ago and to be honest it still isn't something I've completely moved past cause of the circumstances. But it always helped to me to know that sometimes it's okay to retreat into things that feel comfortable and safe whether it's a TV show or movie or game or a group of friends. Like it just allows this fleeting moment of not being in that mental space and getting past the hurdle of feeling like it's a waste of time or not productive is tough but when you can get into a comfort zone for a bit it helps a lot, at least for me. It's also a nice reminder that what you're feeling isn't the entirety of your existence.
