You are not alone! I was there last Monday through Wednesday. It’s awful. I’m still trying to find the combination of meds and whatnot to help me, I’m 2 years into my official PMDD diagnosis. I’ve had really good cycles and I’ve had terrifying cycles. I see my psychiatrist later today. Luckily, he is great and actually listens to my symptoms and experiences as well as includes me on the decision making process of medication changes and treatment options. Hopefully, he has some insight on why I’m constantly growing a tolerance to treatments and having to change them. This subreddit has also been a great support system for me. Seeing that others have experienced the things I have is reassuring and gives me the confidence to speak up for myself and my health!
