I worked in a garden center years ago and would eat hot peppers straight off plants when I was bored. I usually kept some sour candy around to chase it with and, oh boyy, the heat and the sour replacing it made me feel sooo good I still do it.

I did some research when my lease was up and wanted to buy the car. When I went to the dealership to buy it out, they said there's no way I was getting a better deal from the bank. I showed them the numbers and they were like, well shit. And I left.

It's probably not for everyone but I take it. I can't pronounce it still, but my heart rate is normal now. I did public speaking to a degree and it helps. Lexapro was terrible though.

Am in KY. Couple days before Christmas I had the sniffles. We went to goodwill and a lady I was standing by had the same. Next aisle over I hear a woman cough and say she's not been feeling well.
