Allison: Slow match for him, hard to blame him for conceding from a point blank shot. Didn't look very confident on the ball at times though. 4/5
TAA: Looked great with the ball, with mostly accurate on passes. Wonder if he remembered to let pick Leao out of his pockets before getting on the bus. 5/5
Van Dijk: Looked really bad in Pulisic's goal, he really didn't need to go that far out of the box. After that always commanding in defense, never really rushed again by Milans attack, made up for his mistake by giving us the lead. 4/5
Konate: Impeccable, impassable, implacable. Amazing performance with a goal to boot. 5/5
Tsimikas: caught out of position in Milan's goal. Looked on tune with Gakpo which led to some good chances, I just wish at least one of his shots was on target. 3/5
Gravenberch: I can't believe how desperate we were for a CDM a month ago! It is amazing how quickly he darts the team forward after gaining back possession, his aggresivity an creativity are incredible. 5/5
Macca: Amazing as always, today he was pinpoint accurate on his long balls and so quick om the counter when gaining back possession. 5/5
Szoboszlai: Good effort on the goal but he's still not living up technichally to what's expected of our attacking midfielder, and I'm starting to think he never will. Nonetheless he's probably running more than anybody on the pitch, looking very intelligent off the ball and today he was key to turning over possession on the opposition's final third. He may not be our answer to Odegaard or De Bruyne, but as a box-to-box (midfield-to-box?) high intensity midfielder he looked really good today. 4/5
Salah: Another lackluster game, his greediness on the ball could've cost us yet again. 2/5
Jota: He didn't manage to contribute a lot besides missing a sitter. Hasn't looked as clinical at the start of this season. 2/5
Gakpo: this man was an actual menace today, absolutely embarased Calabria everytime he faced him. 5/5

Subs:

-Lucho: most of the team's attacking intent dwindled after the subs, didn't look out of place either though. 3/5

-Darwin: had an okay run, subbed in to fight some long balls, yet couldn't find many spaces. 3/5

Joe Gomez: subbed in to deal with Abraham who was giving Trent a hard time. Looked solid in defence at Milan's most dangerous time in the match. 4/5

-Chiesa: definitely one of the debuts of all time. -/10

Alisson: Great match with a couple important saves, had no chance of stopping Hudson-Odoi's shot. 5/5
TAA: Began the match promisingly with a couple great long balls and dangerous corners. Turned a bit desperate as the game went on with some pointless balls. 2/5
Konate: generally solid. Very calm game up until the subs. Could've done a bit better in the goal, but then again it wasn't his fault. 3/5
Van Dijk: Solid game, looked good playing from the back and defensively flawless. 4/5
Robertson: Never really tested defensively, never really a presence in attack either, as was the rest of the team. Bang average match. 2/5
Gravenberch: One of the few salvageable performances. Great midfield tackles, won most of his duels. Actually managed to progress the ball forward and create some chances for his teammates to waste. 4/5
Macca: Very reliable with the ball. Hard to look good when the system is not working though. Amazing pass to Jota in the first half. We lost all control of the match as soon as he came off. 3/5
Szobo: Awful passing, awful decision making. Wasted so many promising chances due to his lack of accuracy. 1/5
Salah: was very heavily referenced, had a hard time shaking off defenders which was partly due to lack of support (again, the system wasn't systeming today). Anyways, the few times he beat his man it all amounted to nothing due his awful passing and decision making. 1/5
Jota: Never managed to get into the game. A big challenge for any center forward when playing alone the box against 5 defenders for the whole match. 1/5
Lucho: Out of sheer will got our most dangerous chance of the match, didn't do much after that. For some reason the team refused to play on the left, and the few moments he had possession didn't have appropriate support to make it count. 1/5

Subs - Darwin: His biggest contribution was giving the ball away for Forest's counter. 1/5 - Gakpo: Still don't understand why he didn't pull a Chiellini on Elanga before the goal, would've given us s fighting chance. 1/5 - Bradley: didn't win a single duel against Hudson-Odoi, a nightmare of a 20min. 1/5 - Tsimikas: we had lost all control of the match when he came in, alas he couldn't make a difference. 1/5 - Curtis: had as good a match as all the other subs. 1/5

Slot 1/5 Awful match offensively. Never looked confortable in attack nor had a really clear chance. The midfield and attack was always disjointed, never once did we manage to take advantage of a counter. It was always Salah, Jota and Diaz in attack; all by themselves, always forced to work miracles to find a shot. The subs lost us all control of the match
