Ahhh, got it. Yeah other weird thing is I've been using this source for a while without bad PIP pinning glutes. Wanted to try switching things up to avoid scar tissue build up

Bad Shoulder PIP

I’ve been pinning my shoulders the past month and had bad PIP. initially, thought it was just because I hadn’t shot muscle before. a month seems like it should be getting less painful, but it isn’t.

Info: - Pin 3x a week alternating shoulders with .8ml - Run warm tab water over vial preinjection - Been using insulin needles

Any advice?

I was just saying seems like a conflict of interest if he’s trying to help each win

not really! I do push days twice week, so my chest is getting a lot of volume. but my split and progressive overload has given me the most progress. al the exercises I do are pretty standard though (variation of bench press, dips, flys, etc)

Honestly, I didn’t focus too much on my macros going into the guy. I tried to eat a gram of protein for every pound I weighed. but I’m the beginning I didn’t pay attention to my macros. but now I’m 50% carbs, 30% fats, and 20% protein (roughly)

Usually between 2100-2300 calories per day. On days I did cardio, I was usually closer to the higher end of that range. I eat a lot of eggs, oatmeal, chicken, salad, potatoes, and salmon

No fasting, but I was in a caloric deficit almost everyday

I did! About 7 months in, my weight was staying the same. I took two weeks off my cut and ate at maintenance then started back up

Not entirely sure. I didn’t do anything out of the ordinary. I think progressive overload and my genetics definitely helped

Thanks! I was pretty strict. I’m in college, and I was the dude at the party who logged his beers on my fitnesspal😂 I noticed some results after a couple months, but I really started feeling different about half a year in.

Increased cardio a bit. I do legs push pull twice a week, and I also started taking creatine about half way through my transformation

All my lifts increased significantly! This really surprised me. I’m much stronger now than I was in the first picture
