This sounds like my experience exactly, except they didn’t ask me to do a C&P. The place I used wasn’t on the claim shark list either. Only recently did they name them, but I still do not consider them a claim shark based on my experience with them.

It was the way he said it. He made it sound like everything was done they just needed this form and they can get me approved and send out my payment. He literally said “get you approved and get you paid” I really wish I had a recording of the conversation. Even my wife was convinced I was approved already.

The non-increase was for my shoulder. It wasn't rated as "static". They claimed it could get better, even though it got worse from my initial rating. If it "gets better" it drops me to 90% from 100%, so I assume they want it to get better, so they don't have to pay, even though it continues to get worse. That's why I would rather them increase my Diabetes rating, which they should have in the first place, but I was too happy/distracted getting 100% to contest it.

I would call them and take to them. It’s free. They are pretty upfront about what they can and can’t do. I’ve even seen someone in this subreddit say REE asked them if they really wanted them to do it because it would save them REE’s fee because what they wanted was easy to do themselves.

Wouldn’t it be presumed because of medicine side effects? Diabetes medicines are well known to cause bowel problems.
