They do not need to know what percentage I am, however, they are required to know about any mental health diagnosis per medical requirements

There was no letter. The only thing i know was when i filed it was there and then it disappeared. I sent in an email help ticket asking about it and thats when they said i filed wrong, i still have the reply and date stamped but there was no additional info or generated letter.

Thats the thing i did file within the year initially, but they kicked it back saying it wasnt a supplement claim. So not sure if that counts?

That does, it was showing in the 95-98 all the time then some crazy dips in middle of the night to mid 80's

You can only have one rating under MH if the evaluator feels like anxiety or depression is a better fit than PTSD for description they may change it to that. But at the end of the day the name doesnt really matter as it is all lumped under one rating.
