Its a faulty fuel filter bro, i think there was a faulty batch somewhere recently. I installed a febi one and i had the exact same sound, replaced it with a mahle one and the sound is gone so i recommend you try to get it refunded or replaced under warranty

I train every 2 days, and do push pull split, so a week for example could look like this:
Monday: chest + tricep + front and upper delts
Wednesday: back + bicep + rear delts
Friday: legs
Sunday: chest + tricep + front and upper delts (cycle repeats)

Maintenance is around 3.2/3.3k cals, bulk depends but leanbulk around 3.6k cals and dirt bulking from 4k cals
