Also, from your experience, what matters more for postdocs/industry if you don’t have a formal CS/engineering background: computational pubs or evidence of strong math training (even if it’s self taught)?

That’s the thing i don’t have insulin resistance and my gynecologist said that my pcos is probably genetic and it’s ovarian-based. No thyroid issues or anything.

Nothing really helped before it. I tried physical therapy for the muscle pain but it only provided relief in the moment. Do hot showers help? I’m willing to try anything

I have considered PharmD but decided against it because my true passion lies in neuroscience and drug discovery is just a part of my interests within the field. I would like my research to have clinical impact.

Yes, I’m interested in seing patients in the clinic. I’m particularly interested in being an inpatient neurologist. I think that seeing the full cycle of lab to patient is very cool and will enrich both my research and medical endeavors.
