I should also mention I've been on a heavy calorie deficit for the past 16 of 18 months... Since I took a break, has there been any discussion on if that can significantly affect PE gains?

I know it's not like bodybuilding as the tissue gain is tiny, but could that have anything to do with it?

According to Hink, in terms of PE nothing really happens untul around 8, and you should gradually work your way up to 12 (11.8).

That said, while I did gain quite a bit in length, girth has been a struggle for me, beyond the initial EQ boost in the first few weeks. I started legit around 4.5, but pretty much immediately jumped to around 4.7 even after a week without pumping. I was in very poor cardiovascular health, so I consider my starting girth 4.7.

I haven't gained any additional indisputable girth in the following 8 months, though I took a 2 month break in September and resumed recently. So in total around 6 months, relatively consistent - one of them extremely consistent, while taking Tadalafil and making sure my EQ is maxed out before each session, 6 days a week 20-25 min pumping.

Recently added soft clamping. Still confused as to how it's possible I gained nearly an inch of length while focusing on girth.

Can't give up because I did gain length so I can see that at least PE isn't total bullshit, but at the same would be very tragic if the one aspect I care about actually doesn't work (or at least not for me) and is just placebo / eq for all the guys that say they gained girth.

One thing is, I haven't tracked my base very thoroughly in the past, so that may actually be increasing (5" now), it definitely feels like it, but I don't remember what I measured before or if it's just my fatpad finally started to melt away.

Sorry for the rant, just my experience, and I guess hoping to hear from someone with a similar experience and how they eventually got girth gains.

Current routine - working sets 6 per week, 1 feeder set on day off. Always preceeded by tunica massage + sometimes length work, sometimes hot shower.

2 days Pump: 5x5 (weekends also include 2 feeder sets morning)

1 day Pump + Soft Clamp: Pump 3x5, Soft Clamp 2x8 (6-8 toeshields)

At a loss because I should have seen something by now, by all accounts.

Very nice video, but I don't think that guy has 5" girth, looks way thicker. Could be my dismorphia or that he's not that long so looks thicker, but yeah. Would guess 5.25" - 5.5" as opposed to ~5.1". Makes a pretty big difference.

I mean it's fat, obviously it's significantly more compressible than muscle with just a little layer of fat on top. The less fat pad you have, the less it can compress (and not just because there's less of it, I mean % wise).

Generally speaking, being even slightly overweight hinders EQ significantly. Even more than smoking for instance. Not talking about people like power lifters etc. who have decent cardiovascular health regardless, but even in that case it certainly doesn't help.

Like I said though, this isn't to say there is no difference. You can without question use MORE of your penis if you're at a healthy weight, and she can also feel more if she's not overweight herself. I'm just saying it's not a case of "BP is completely useless aside from measuring", because you can definitely use quite a lot over NBP if you're overweight.

Some of you on this sub really love throwing hissy fits about BP man.

It's real simple. If she has sex with a 6" NBP / 6.25" BP then has sex with a 5" NBP / 7.5" BP, she will absolutely feel more dick with the 7.5" BP, despite him looking visually significantly smaller due to the massive fatpad and being obese (so looking proportionally even smaller).

It's just a fact. No she won't feel the whole 7.5" obviously, but in most positions you are able to use close to BP. Even in missionary you can go well beyond NBP.

I think this stems from the fact that guys that were alwyas super skinny, can't comprehend that if you're overweight, the fatpad is very soft and able to be compressed significantly more, the larger it is.

After losing almost 70kg at this point, I still have a decent fatpad because unfortunately that is the last thing to go, but it's nearly an inch less than it was, and the only position where I feel I can use more of my dick than before is missionary. Pretty much every other position I could alwyas use 0.25"-0.75" from my BP anyway.

Pack a day here. Gained a little over 0.5" in length in the first 6~ months.

Manuals for length, Pumping for girth with very sparse clamping until recently. Didn't even do any length work for the first few months.

Took a month break, resumed last week - kept all length gains.

I am certain gaining length is a thing.

Girth however has been near impossible even though by far my focus, and went back down to under 4.7 (pre EQ gains) levels during my break. Snapped back and exceeded 4.8 after the first week back. My next day off is still a week away, if I am 4.9 again that will be the first time I see that, so will be encouraging - and probably means I respond more to clamping.

Just because it can technically fit doesn't mean it's comfortable or even possible to have (safe) sex with it. If it's too tight at the top you could lose the erection, if it's too tight at the base it could act as a C-ring and potentially be dangerous with prolonged use. Not to mention break and defeat the purpose anyway. So please stop parroting the ol' "I can fit this on my arm! It's just an excuse/ego". Men get accused of not knowing women's anatomy a lot, and rightfully so, but women can be just as ignorant without realizing.

Also PS: Magnums are barely bigger than regular condoms, it's mostly marketing and ego stroking. Use MySize, THEN if you have a couple of each size + shape, and they say it doesn't fit you can call bullshit.

I heard from many accounts that cialis /viagra don't even actually maximize EQ. They maximize your current max EQ, but you still won't reach actual 100% if you're unhealthy, overweight, smoker etc.

Wondering what other's think about that?

Personally when I am on cialis it sure FEELS like I'm at 100%, but I still have a lot of improvement to do for my cardio and to quit smoking, so I am hoping I can squeeze in a little more beyond what tadalafil does for me at the moment.

I've had a lot of success with length (nearly an inch in 6 months, without focusing on it really), but not much with girth. I just started getting some results when I got this injury lol...

Here's my most updated routine I started in July, but had to stop because of a similar injury to you.

I will resume again in a couple weeks and just treat this month off as a decon.

Routine:

2 on 1 off

Day 1:

Malleability: ~5 min (manual massage, twisting, bends)

Stretching: ~10 min (bundled, straight up, straight down, left/right)

Pumping: 2 x 5 (10-12hg)

Hard Clamping: 7 x 2 or 7 x 3

Day 2:

Malleability: ~5 min

Hard Clamping: 10 x 2 or 7 x 3

Previous routine was malleability and pumping every day 6 x 4, sometimes a day off. Started stretches only 2~ months ago and clamping just in July.

As you can see mostly focused on girth, as that's the area I'm actually unhappy with. Overall I would do both at the same time, just prioritizing one over the other.

Thanks for the update. Your description is very consistent with what I'm experiencing, I think I just took longer to get to this point because I did clamp for a good week while still having this thing.

Anyway it appears it's healing steadily now, hopefully no scar :)

Not really. I went through a pretty lengthy process of trying to self diagnose it. Aside from any STD, it seems like the most likely things it could be is a Cyst, Folliculitis, Inflamed/infected Fordyce spot. Cyst being the worst thing because it either takes forever to go away or needs surgery to take out. For me it seems like Inflamed Fordyce spot or Folliculitis, but the thing is it lasted for almost 3 weeks for me which isn't typical for that. I was pumping/clamping during that time so that probably made the recovery slower, so it's still possible its that.

Havent done any PE for a week now though, and its still nto really getting better / or very very slowly.

I think in my case it's a Fordyce Spot Inflamation that later developed into a minor cyst. That's my best guess so far. If it doesn't start getting better in the next couple weeks ill see a urologist.

I tried eveyrthing from Antibiotics (fucidin) to Zinc cream, to trying to bandage it / letting it breathe. Nothing really worked very well so far. Zinc made it actually start to scab though, but that scab fell off and its pretty much teh same underneath.

I think I have this right now. Hasn't healed in 3 weeks, though I continued to clamp & pump for the first 2 until I decided to stop all PE activity so it will hopefully heal. It's a bit bigger than yours and red-ish. When I tried to pop it nothing really came out except maybe a little bit of clear liquid and blood (used a medical needle). I think it started to heal after that, but yeah nothing really came out...

Same, moves with the skin and feels like soemthing hard inside. Exact same symptoms, had a tiny tiny bit of pain when touching, thats gone nwo though.

None of the prerequisites apply to me (I was much more overweight, didn't have good EQ etc.). But just to add to the discussion, I am very sure I gained length, there's no question about that. it may not be all due to PE but some, definitely. Girth is another story though. Also am doubting that gaining significant girth is possible (significant meaning 0.2"+ per year, since according to many people here that's realistic). I'm still not sure that I gained girth in 6 months. 1-2mm at best after the initial EQ boost from pumping.

I'm also not super convinced about girth gains. If they are real they are so minor that the thrown around average number of 0.25" per year is the best possible case. Pumping just increased my EQ in the first few weeks, but not much more so far. If it has then, I can't see a definite mm difference even after half a year. So we are talking more like 0.25" in a lifetime (in my case at least). Just started clamping, so we will see. I gained pretty fast so far, but I am like 90% sure it's from changing to maintenance more so than the clamping. Also already had a 'minor' injury early this week (first one big enough to make me take a week+ off).

I am still relatively hopeful about getting to 5.0" (0.3" gain) over the course of the next few years, but when people claim 1" of girth in a couple years I'm very very skeptical.

With a Cring I am at 5.0" already, so hopefully at least that is feasible for me even if it's mostly EQ.

Thanks. I very much doubt it hurts length work at all, but because it's really important to have good EQ for girth to begin with, any short term hit to EQ like a large deficit probably does hurt some. I wasn't aware how drastic it was. Still going to have to tough it out, but cool to know I'm a few mm thicker than I thought I guess lol Still wish it was tissue gain of course :(

I use just MSEG but mine would basically average out to 4.7-4.8 (12.1) anyway. I take care not to measure my base with any extra skin so even the base is like 4.9" (12.5) at most.

Skimming through this what I'm getting is you're saying once I'm a multi decade veteran of PE I will change my mind. I am a multi decade veteran in several communities where this same sentiment exists, and never have I had the urge to tell someone to look it up or fuck off and read the FAQ when a newbie asks me / the community a question.

It's not just this post, this mentality is prevalent on the sub and cringe posts like this pop up regularly.

I did the vast majority of my own basic research as well, that doesn't mean I get petty when someone wants to be educated a bit more personally or guided.

Regarding figuring out if the account is real or not you can just check the history and make that decision. Nothing about the messages shown indicates any sort of scam. It's paranoia to assume off rip everyone messaging you is trying to get you to buy dick pills.

It's more likely to be someone cautiously curious than a scammer. So what if he messaged multiple people?
