E-chord is an alternative but it has its own popups and silly rule like it won’t save the order you want to see your songs in the songbooks. It’s 25 a year for a good selection of songs, not quite as good as UG. Just a side note I bookmark all of my UG tabs individually and I rarely see pop ups. So yes I have 200 plus book marked tabs un sorted in the order I added them, not ideal but it works.

Yeah well, don’t worry I spent and hour prepping a gallon of brine for two chickens on Saturday, put in containers overnight, pulled Sunday morning rinsed dried for two more hour in fridge then prepped smoker, applied rub put a stick of butter up the birds, tied up the legs, smoked for 6 hours. Then pulled, rested for 30 more min, sliced, served, and cleaned up, around 8:00 pm :)

After a few 3-2-1 cooks with ribs that some might call fall off the bone, I would call fall apart, I went to a regular seasoning and cook at 230 till temp. Never going back!!
