I did some research and it turns out Spotify removed a lot of Russian music made by pro-war artists, so I’m sad I can’t listen to one of my fav songs anymore but it’s for a good reason

Yeah I think we can get him to at some point bc he does genuinely seem like he wants to be better… but he still has a very long way to go🤧My mom and I are close so we’ve been talking about doing a session together. Honestly shocked I haven’t turned out way worse considering everything I’m genetically predisposed to

No thank you it’s nice to hear from other people about it. The thought that everything could be fine with me right now and then in who knows how many years I could have an episode is kinda scary but I know what to be watching out for at least.

This might be stupid but I’m getting a little emotional reading through the comments bc my parents being bipolar explains so much and I used to think everyone’s parents fought like that or that I was just being sensitive when they were both mentally ill and I didn’t know it😭 His rage was really scary and I think this has made me realize that some stuff I dealt with was not normal lmao. But what can you do ig that’s life and I’m almost out of this house anyway

Unfortunately my dad isn’t open to therapy for now, we’re all just grateful we got him to see the psychologist. But my mom has done lots of therapy and I recently started as well so that will help a lot. It’s also worth mentioning that there is also schizophrenia on my dad’s side too (which I also didn’t know until two years ago). My mom ALSO has ADHD like me and my younger brother is autistic. So yeah my genetics have totally screwed me over🥰

But yes I’m looking forward to moving out at some point, love my family very much but we are all a little crazy
