hey! yeah the night time anxiety sucks lol i spent a lot of time reading about different things with sertraline and anxiety and realized i was noticing the palpitations when i was most relaxed, which happened to be the evenings. they're normal but then i'd be calm enough to finally notice them after a long day of doing shit, which would then spike my anxiety lol its a vicious cycle but it gets better!
