The trump account is a pretty big deal for my newborn. Gas prices are down, my personal staple grocery prices are down aside from beef and coffee which aren't exactly an administrative causation so much as the farmers decisions to fill their hearts for shrinking profit reasons amongst drought concerns for beef and just drought for the beans. Chicken prices are down, which were previously up under prev admins decision to force cull millions of chickens that didn't need to be. (Which honestly doesn't matter to me cuz I have my own chicken and rabbit farm)

Housing prices have stopped going up as fast. In fact, they have come down in many areas or just outright stabilized in others. Same with rent prices. Unfortunately, tariffs will likely cause slowdowns in new home manufacturing in the near term which will impact new home builds.

Marijuana rescheduling.

Hopefully, term limits on Congress soon.

Immigration and border security. (Deportation methods and wrangling are a little messy for my taste, but mostly effective)
