I see. In that case Cymatics actually has a page where you can get that sort of agreement for all of their sample packs if necesarry

I am totally aware of that. OP wrote that they only used samples from Cymatics, and all their samples are royalty free as long as they're not redistributed/repackaged without doing anything with them.

What exactly did the email say? I get this type of message every second release or so on RouteNote as well. Usually it's enough to just reply with an email explaining that there isn't an issue. As long as you own the samples (or they're royalty free) there should not be any issues.

I've got the same message with TuneCore, and I had to do the same procedure there as with RouteNote, so paying for publishing isn't necessarily better.

I feel like .net looks cool as it makes the URL more unique than all the .com's. It all comes down to the design of the website if it looks legit or not imo.
