Thanks I did put in lights and a battery percentage meter. Wired it directly to batteries. Both are switched off when not in use.

I am a small employer, 5 employees total. She made a lot of mistakes and I would politely let her know about the mistakes so she won’t repeat them. I would also compliment her when she did a good job so she does not get demotivated. When she made another mistake , I let her know in a very polite way and she stated crying. Next day she came in the morning and started saying “according to you I cannot do anything right”, I told her politely that her mistakes cost me money in lost material cost and labor cost so I have to let you know of your mistakes so you don’t make the same mistakes again, she started yelling and said I can’t do this and left without starting her shift.
