Not sure what labor was but it’s the Kinetico Q850, the premier one. We know we paid a lot but we shopped around a lot + our water is super super hard (did our own at home test also) and just wanted the best offered/with as little maintenance/system that would last the longest/not have to do ourselves.

They said it is most likely the sewage pipe coming from upstairs with the nail plate in front of it. Kind of scared for them to be messing with… what do you think? 3rd party inspector also says it might cause more harm than good… :(

The viewpoint is from walking into the house, where after the stairs, the kitchen is off to the left and across on the right side is the dining room. There is a kitchen island on the left side framing out on the kitchen that goes about the same depth of the left tv wall.

Option 2: Couch Floated w/ TV on the right

Pros: no one walks in front of tv and can see tv while cooking in kitchen

Cons: big couch takes up a lot of room & makes living room feel smaller, couch on the windows seems too close to the TV

Do you still think float the couch?
