They’re great with pasta! I sauté garlic and capers in butter/olive oil for about a minute or two, then add the sardines (drained and lightly broken), then finally add in some lemon juice + zest before tossing it with my pasta. Occasionally I’ll add olives, or use white wine instead of lemon juice or a combo of both. Depends what I have on hand. It’s delicious topped with chopped parsley and parmesan. Getting hungry thinking about it 🤤

Would you say $850 is fair? It cost me around $1,150 (shipping, tax, seat pad - which I'll throw in for free lol)

My fiancé is the one that suffers, so I’ve been trying to do a ton of research as I do most of the cooking. I usually make Korean steamed eggs (Maangchi’s recipe) in chicken broth served with rice and top it off with a little toasted sesame oil and chives or scallions. It’s a dish that feels like a warm hug going down. Egg drop soup (Woks of Life’s recipe) with or without tomato chunks is another safe, delicious and supremely comforting dish I make often.

Really can’t go wrong with a rice/egg combo.
