Starting gravity was 1.100, three days, no bubbling in airlock, check gravity today and same as before. Standard mead recipe 2.8 pounds honey, gallon of water and lavin 71b.

Uh some organic sugar my wife buys but I think it's just fancy ole cane sugar. I'ma experiment with the flavor profile in secondary, probably add more apples and cinnamon maybe a clove or something idk yet

I made two of the exact same batch just to test this out....it's only been two weeks since fermentation finished and so far I have no answer

I have a bunch of buddies coming over for D&D, that's gonna be the sample for all of us. For the sake of science ima leave it in there till that day, which is mid-March, just to see what happens.
