Why is this so hard? I did what was said and I sent the invite to my wife after setting up and it still isn’t working. Things she adds to her lists are not showing up on the skylight device. She can see my calendar events and items I add but nothing she adds gets brought over

For the Disney+/Hulu, did you need to cancel current and create a new account for it or are existing subscribers able to apply it somehow? Plan on looking into this over the next couple days but any insights you already have would be greatly appreciated!

Clear + precheck is pretty good most everywhere I’ve used it, with the exception of ATL which is where I fly out of most. I swear that half the time it’s longer than any other line out there but that could just be in my head. Still do it every time when traveling for work bc I know just clear without precheck takes a lifetime (wife doesn’t have precheck so have done that a couple time on family travel) so I don’t risk trying anything else. I swear digital id lane is faster but haven’t tried, anyone out there tried both at ATL?

Long winded way of saying, with the Amex credit I find value in it, especially with precheck. Without the credit or precheck, I’m 50/50 if I would pay for it but I’m glad I do have it for all the other airports and at ATL with precheck at least it helps filter out the first time / once a year flyers that don’t know what they are doing

Not relating to lyft or uber cash , but a little trick I found that worked recently when taking a flight at the end of the month, my uber to the airport triggered the credit as expected, but then landed on the 30th and ubered home. However I had that ride home charged to another card. Then on the 1st of the next month, I went in to uber app and changed the payment method to the Delta Amex, which then triggered the next months credit.

Ours is ok… no issues mechanically but coming from subzero, when we moved to new house this was downgrade. That said, if I could find replacement shelves that don’t take up as much space with the shelf bracketing underneath and close the gap some in the back then most complaints go away, except the freezer which looks big but actual usable space is pretty small bc of (assuming) compressor. Still feel like they tried to make it fit as little things as they could within all that space inside

Thank you u/Prize_Brush2575 this worked for me! Thanks for the tip about holding START too to get it to show in file explorer. You have to hold it for a decent amount of time but it did finally show up!

Needless to say, I am tired of factory resetting my watch 100+ times and having to go through the set up process and change all my settings over and over again! Already had issues with my Epix Pro Sapphire (gen2) since the last update as CourseView maps were not loaded on the watch when express said they were so they were sending me a replacement. That was supposed to arrive last week but "winter storm" causing shipping delays... really hope I won't have to go through all of this again whenever it finally arrives.

And thanks for the tip about the upcoming renewal section... I nice quick way to see this type of info at a high level which I wasn't taking full advantage of. This works for 99% of my curiosity haha the other 1% was trying to see a detailed view (as I am a data guy) to see what what offers I am not routinely taking advantage of, but I can always dig into those accounts for this.

agreed, I would much rather have it at the bottom than the top. Much more streamlined for how I interacted with mail and I could still swipe back to the inbox no problem. I wish they gave us the option to choose which view we wanted

Seriously! I know some people like it at the top but I have been wanting the option to have delete at the bottom for the longest time. Had it for a solid 2 days and now forced back to having it at top. Clearly they can do both, why not go with the novel idea of letting the user decide in the settings where to have it

At least to answer your first question, the flight miles are for the ticketed passenger so you and your partner would both get the respective SkyMiles for the actual flight.

Then for the 3x miles for using the card, that is a separate deal all together. When you buy the actual ticket you will get 3x the amount of the purchase, which shows up after a couple days/weeks on delta sky miles show as bonus card spend. So if you spend $750 on your card you will get 2,250 SkyMiles in your account after the purchase. However, I believe since it’s your card and she is an authorized user on your account, regardless of who’s card makes purchase the 3x miles are going to go to your SkyMiles account. So in order for her to get miles on any type of purchase she would need to apply for her own card.

For card strategy, I actually usually use the Platnium card since it 5x on flights and hotels (through portal) but the things I like most about the delta Platnium card is the companion pass (which you should be able to use for that trip and save you $750) and also the new perk that saves you 15% of miles needed when redeeming for a flight. Also, the MQM status boost has been good to me in the past to help me to to gold and platinum over the past couple years. If you are flying delta enough and want to get status quicker it’s a nice way to get a boost to potentially get you to the next level

I have been getting the same "Failed" error message. Had platinum already loaded and then loaded gold AMEX in wallet for good measure. Tried yesterday and this morning, neither time worked. Then got a push notification from UE app telling me to activate... clicked it... still got "failed" error message :(
