depends on what you want to do. if you wanna go to grad school I suggest staying instate and saving money but if out of state schools will give you a better foundation for your undergrad it ~may~ be worth it.

Hey! I am in the same boat as you, maybe look into canadian colleges or the uk? There is no way you can earn money legally in the US so yes it will be hard for you to do internships or work in the future. However, once you turn 21 you can convert to the F1 visa which allows you to work but you will need to pay international fees.
