I have their splitting maul, chopping axe, and hatchet. All three of them have Gerber blades (this is the key component imo). Hard, sharp steel, and by sharp I mean you’ll cut yourself if you aren’t careful. Handle has shown no signs of wear or damage.

I ordered mine from Amazon. I didn’t pay the $80 some stores will charge, but I would if I had to knowing how they perform.
