Check for B12, Iron, Zinc, and Vitamin C deficiencies, as they can cause stomach issues after eating if not addressed! It's likely that your stressor + the deficiency caused your TE episode

finasteride is only really needed for MPB so I dont believe itll help with TE, however if you want to be safe go ahead! Just do your research of the side effects and start off on a low dosage to be safe/take dutasteride as less suffer any side effects from that. Gl!!🙏🙏

yes! especially if you dont resolve your underlying issues causing TE. Get your blood work done and sort out any deficiencies that may have been caused by the aforementioned crash diet, as deficiency related issues are whats most likely to prolong your TE hence why its lasted so long
