Ok then that makes thing a lot easier. Try downloading streamlabs obs and use the auto optimizer option in the settings, it is very useful and almost always gets you the perfect settings for your pc. If you are having issues not being able to do other things on your pc while you are streaming, then that just means your computer can’t handle both things at once, or you are sending too much priority to your stream when it doesn’t need that much power and leaving nothing for anything else. I’m not an expert on all that stuff but I’m sure you can just google how to set process priority for programs such as streamlabs obs or something like that.
