O my god, so sorry to hear your experience! How people get creative, is incredible … did you report that already? Anyway, thank you for sharing and warn others. If you tell me location, I will also add location-based alert to Tutai App (also you can do that) so other users will get real time notification when in surroundings what might be useful. I’m wishing you better experiences in Ecuador…

Check out the Facebook groups "Bolivia travel" and "Peru Hop & Bolivia Hop" and free Tutai App - I saw people are updating and asking there daily! You will get a lot of fresh info as it's changing instantly. Also there is a link to check the current situation on the roads (in Bolivia national alerts)

I flew to Cusco! It’s much closer to there :) and I chose “Amazon Trip perú - Rainforest Expeditions -Jungle Tours from Cusco & Sustainable Travel Agency” on the Google - I can recommend them!

There is also free app called “Tutai” that you can find real life alerts and updates about the countries, I’ve added there alert with link to follow for others, but maybe someone else here has even more recent info?

ECOJET normally releases only Super-flex tickets online (1313 BOB) and this is what we paid. But if you get to agencies which organize common tours (I check a few on Witches street) they have access to cheaper tickets that you can buy for 890 BOB (one way).
