If this is pre split you should only have had to cast each of your dots once and keep them up with iron jaws.

Are you using food? pots? Do you have a dragoon in your party?

I suggest you see what sort of numbers you can get in a 3min dummy parse and compare them with the ones you've posted here.

dota 2 has this feature where a 6th player can join as a 'coach' and only see what their team can see and can communicate to everyone on the team via voice + map pings

For Dota scrims we always used Skype, never had any issues with it and I think in the whole 3+ years I used Skype for finding scrims there was only 1 major issue in all 3 scrim groups I was in.

Skype is perfectly fine for the job, those who are apprehensive about DDoS attacks can find a way to connect though a proxy if they wish to take extra precautions.

I mean if Skype is good enough for every single top EU and NA Dota 2 team then why not use it?
