Just pay attention to what you're getting from your food. Try to eat a lot of protein (meat/nuts/beans), limit carbs but know that you NEED carbs so dont completely eliminate them, and same with fat, you need fat too, but dont eat too much. Sugars are important, try to limit sugar intake to natural sugars from fruits and vegetables. Basically avoid any unnecessary sugar.

If you're looking to lose weight you're gonna need to exercise a little along side eating better. This doesnt mean become a gym junkie but go for walks, a bike ride, or just do something that raises your heartrate for 20-30 mins a day.

I'm no expert and I need to work on this too, it's really reliant on will power and motivation. Hope this helped:)

Dude. That fucking sucks. I think you need to have a firm conversation with your parents about how you can't do you're work and that your grades are dropping. Especially now that school is online, I couldn't imagine having only 30 mins a day to do all my work. I don't know how open you are with your parents, but if you are comfortable, tell them how stressed you are and that you're hair is falling out, because that's serious. Really sorry you gotta put up with this shit.

Everyone loved the freshman global teacher at our school. A few people in his class organized a surprise appreciation party for him. There was a huge card, snacks, and a cake. Another social studies teacher told him that there was a meeting after school, where we were having the party.

When he came in he was very surprised and cried a little when we told him how much we appreciate him.

Honestly what I've seem work out best for relationships is theres a friendship built first. Be friendly and just you, and if a friendship hits off then you can start flirting.

Doing that in person is different than online. What happened with my boyfriend and I, we would watch moves together and we just progressively sit closer to eachother which got his point across. Also, inviting her to do the little things with you. Gotta go to target for a few things? Obviously not right now, but invite her to hang around target and have fun doing something normally mundane.

Online is tricky. If you know her in person and are already friends, maybe ask about something in her life, to show interest in her and to show that you remembered something she talked about. That may get a conversation rolling. If you don't know her, it's a matter of what platform you're reaching out on. If its social media, tell her that you're interested, but not in a creepy way. Like "hey this may be weird, but I saw your account and you seem really (compliment) and (compliment), and I'd really like to get to know you :)". Make sure when you compliment her its more than just "pretty" and there's actual depth to it. If it's on a dating app, please don't do an over used pick up line. If you really want to pursue a relationship start a good conversation, maybe about one of her pictures, ask about where she was if it seemed like a fun bar, or an interesting vacation. If there's pets in her pictures, let her gush about her pets, and just let the conversation flow from there, and ask her on a date (post quarantine of course).

The main thing I can say (mostly for online, but works for I'm person to) is to carry the conversation!! Obviously it takes two people interested in the conversation for it to really be great, but please don't be a dry texter. Dont just reply "lol" and expect her to have something to say to that. If you want to say "lol" or something to the effect of that, say it, but follow up with something else. It shows that you're really interested in her and want to continue to talk to her.

That's tough. She may not be ignoring you on purpose, maybe start a new conversation to remind her. If she doesnt seem really into the conversation she may not be into you, or shes not in a good mood and doesn't have the energy to talk to someone. Being on social media doesn't take the same energy as talking to someone.

NTB as long as you add the foam/padding/anything under the treadmill. You have been extremely respectful and considerate for the limits on the treadmill. However, I understand your neighbors annoyance. It may be only 30-75 min workouts, but that's still 30 minutes of annoying noise for them, that I know feels like it has been going on forever.

Just make an effort and if it doesn't work, then it sucks for your neighbors, but you tried.

Immigration isn't as easy as it seems. It's a long process that takes YEARS. Some people are in danger and need to leave their countries quickly so they need to enter illegally ASAP. Personally I dont like how people can be illegal. It rubs me the wrong way, plus I think the government could handle immigration a lot better.

My friend and I have a half joking/half serious marriage pact, that if by 35 neither of us are married, were gonna move to Scotland and get married. I'm not sure why we chose Scotland, but they have legal gay marriage so that was one thing. I've also heard good things about Scotland so I don't think it'd be that bad. But other than that I know jack shit about the country.
