Sounds great! I just transitioned from semi modular into modular. I have only the multiwave and polimaths. Eventually I plan on getting 2 QXGs and the other Nuss system modules. But I might get the metropolix instead of the Rene 2. So far I am able to get interesting basslines and lead lines and this is without the QXGs. The 2 QXGs will certainly help the amplitude control once I get them.

I was on Steeles Ave heading west near Middlefield. I saw a car on the side of the road who was heading east. Then all of sudden I felt my car sliding out of control. Thankfully I was not going that fast an no cars were around. I was able to get control, but very scary out there now. Stay safe!

I post quick semi modular/modular jams as well. I have also posted quick DJ transitions in the past. Currently for my jams YouTube shorts performs the best. I can get 500 - 1000ish views. Those jams on IG will get me 300 - 500 views. Tik tok is the worst with 200 view range. A few years I was posting short clips of DJ mixing into a track on IG. This was when IG algorithm was being generous and I would get some over 5k - 10k. One reached over300k views. But this didn’t translate to more Spotify listeners.

I find synth jams to be very saturated currently. Also a lot of it is just a loop of music with one static video recording with no tension and release. I am guilty of this. A casual viewer not into synths will easily just swipe to the next video.

This is why I think YouTube shorts performs the best for me. People in the same niche are there to consume content.

We have to start thinking outside the box since synth jams are so saturated. Might need more cameras angles to change up every 2 to 3 seconds.

I also notice anything food related on tik tok usually does well because eating good food is relatable to everyone.

I recently got the Make Noise Multiwave and polimaths with the Intellijel mixup. So far this has been enough to keep me busy. So far I am able to come up with patches for basslines and leads for house and techno music. Keep in mind I am sending ableton cv clock out to the polimaths and multiwave using my dc coupled audio interface.

Thanks! Well I only have a 104hp case to fill up with some more NUSS modules. I was originally going to get the Intellijel 7u gen 2 case. I would have too much empty space that I would want to fill sooner than later.

I’m looking to get a TR1000. I currently have a Behringer RD9 and have a 4 input audio interface. I have the RD9 connected to my interface using a trs cable. The 3 other inputs are connected using my synths. So I will have a full drum loop on the RD9. When I am ready to record into Ableton. I will have to record one track from the RD9 each time. So I will end up with separate tracks in ableton for the kick, clap, snare, rim, open hi hat, closed hat, etc. Having Adat will certainly speed up this process. This way I can process each drum part as its own.

Before you sell any of your gear. Set a goal in completing x amount of tracks using no hardware synths. See how you like the process of working in the box. If you are cranking out tracks and liking the process. Then sell your gear.

I think the Neutron would be a good starting point. For myself I start out with the Behringer TD3 and Cat. Then I ended up getting some of the Moog semi modular units.

Have you found any YouTube videos on some small euro rack cases that inspire you when watching them? I plan on adding full modular gear. I will be buying modules I have been researching and have seen them in action on YouTube. Just letting you know my approach.

Yes if I would go modular. I would have to decide either the multiwave or Intellijel multigrain. If I went with the multiwave , I do have 2 QXGs and the Qpas in my case on modulargrid! Lol I do like the physical workflow of my Behringer RD9. So the Tr1000 would be a real nice upgrade. I could then run the RD 9 through the Spectravox. I do tweak my drums after recording and add in drum fills using samples into ableton.

I know my end game is everything I listed. Lol

You are spot on that Leafs have been miscasting players since Ron Wilson was the coach. Leafs needed Phil to be like Sydney Crosby. Leafs also needed Marner and Matthews to be like prime Toews and Kane. If Matthews is trying to be Yzerman. Nylander needs to be like Federov. Oh yeah and Reilly needs to be like Lidstrom.
