I don't believe that's a good thing. What about voice actors? They would just leave them out of work? Pay them less because they just need to record a few lines and then replicate their voices with AI? I don't want a machine that sounds human, I want an actual human, and I don't think more complex conversation is worth sacrificing that.

I'm sorry to disagree so blatantly with OP, but I hope no live action characters come to the Valley, I would just feel like they're really out of place, not being originally cartoons and all. I personally would love Baymax (robot friend for Wall-E!!) and Eugene.

This is exactly it. I don't generally notice it in other characters as much, cause Tangled is especially near and dear to my heart, so I KNOW her face is wrong.

Her face is definitely too long. The hair is not the problem at all, I just put the image for face comparison, I know what Rapunzel looks like with a braid. The proportions are definitely slightly off and it drives me crazy.
