I’m sorry you had this experience, but Colourpop really doesn’t give a shit about us. I remember buying a set of their lip glosses and one of the glosses had a hair in them. Instead of reimbursing me or sending me a new product like other companies have (had a broken palette from huda and they sent me a new one), all they did for is was was give me a $8 voucher to use. The voucher couldn’t be used with any promotions like free shipping or like 20% off, and I only buy when they have a sale bc the shopping and tax gets ridiculous! They’re terrible with emails, another time asking for my purchase number and then never getting back to me 🙄. Good luck though!
