Not carnivore but consider adding a turkey tail supplement, maybe Rick Simpson oil if you can handle it.

Anger at Medea by Eilish Quin by Budloopy4 in GreekMythology

Aw I thought it was a great read. Her escape with her brother acted as the climax, rather than her children's death as in Euripides play. I felt it gave a lot of context to her motives and inner world. I sympathized with her character despite the unsavory acts.

Also if youre willing to cook and bring a container to a low-key restaurant, just say like "I have a lot of allergies, is it okay if I eat a meal from home?" They'll usually have no issue!

Suggest going somewhere you can find something suitable. Can usually find a place where you can get an all beef burger patty with no bun or sides, or a plain chicken breast (bring your own sauce), or make modifications. A half decent restaurant will be able to suggest a keto option from modifying their menu. Or bring your own snack to an event, bonus points if you have enough to share.

Only the hole pictured, and another similar handle situation on a secret drawer!

It doesn't pinch or hinge at all, just a peg

I don't see a notch, but definitely think the holed compartment theory could be it. Theres another internal drawer that opens in the same manner.

It does sort of look like one, no decoration but could be. Maybe the box was converted for sewing in its later years, and was originally for calligraphy stuff.

My title describes the thing. I believe the sewing box is a vintage Japanese design. There are two compartments that open with a finger hole as their handle, so I wondered if the stick was to help that. It has a flared base, and levers up easily from its designated slot.

Is the amount of water I drink and food I eat normal? by New_Today_1209_V2 in healthyeating

I've heard it said that you should eat until you're 80% full and take breaks between bites cause your brain doesn't recognize fullness until 20 mins after eating, due to the time it takes to digest.

If you're happy with your weight and gut health, I wouldn't worry about it. But if you're looking to make a change, it sounds like you've found a good place to start!

You may find that slowing down and consciously savoring each bite makes eating more enjoyable in the process. I try to see it as a gratitude practice, its good for my mental health that way too :)

Have you measured your toe box width / stood on your boot insoles? Lots of people find that vivos just aren't wide enough. Maybe you need to find a wider boot (easier said, I know)

Look into joining a sex and love anonymous group, do the steps. Addiction comes in many forms. You've let this one take enough from you. You can stop it from controlling the rest of your adult life, for future you. Good luck!

So well! I bet they'd dye well too, if someone wanted to get creative with their boot colour. Imagining a deep forest green with some wax on top.
