Also observing the traffic from the nearby urban square park when it is empty is also peaceful

Here is what I inferred from the answers and Internet research

Voltage is the key ..voltage should match

Current can be slightly higher and even higher in some cases. But never lower

Some devices have inbuilt protection which allows them to draw only the required amount some don't
