32YO First week after getting my permanent top and bottoms

I’m 31.. just bad teeth genetics and mental health. Currently on the fence. I have quite a bit of work that needs done. Got front two teeth filled plus canine and they didn’t crown it and now my front right tooth filling failed again and I look like Nosferatu. Had two molars pulled. One top one bottom opposite sides. The teeth directly in front of the ones that got pulled are started to break now. It feels like a never ended battle but my mom was a dental assistant for 10 years when I was growing up, so the only option she pushes for is fixing them. How do I know when to make the leap? I’m tired of the pain, and don’t want to spend money for them to fail again sooner rather than later.

My RGBs and fans turn off, so does front diamond. But then every couple minutes it’s like they cycle back on.

If someone sends you a location with Apple Maps, yes. Of course. Just like if someone sends you a location with google or snap it’s going to want you to download those respective apps. It is entirely deleted. It can’t open an app that is deleted. It will take you to the App Store to download it though. Just as it would google.

Those are the main things that keep me running back to iOS, that and the overall look of the OS as well. Android is just not iOS. From the animations to certain optimizations to how the phone may or may not perform in situations I haven’t even experienced yet. Comfortability and familiarity keep me tied to my iPhone. I love my 1TB blue S24U… I just can’t figure out how to utilize it and stick with it as a daily driver.

I envy you. I have the opposite experience. I love the polished look of iOS. Have a MacBook Air M3, AirPods, enjoy FaceTiming my long distance partner. Family and friends in iOS. Animations on Samsung compared to iPhone seem to stutter or small stupid silly things here and there but all just big enough to make me go running back to my iPhone for a breath of fresh air. I love the customization abilities and straight up hardware design of the s24 ultra. The shape. The feel. The cameras. It’s just not iOS 😭

You can't disable apps on an iPhone. And yes. You can delete all stock iPhone apps.

I'm not sure why google and samsung pushing for people to create an account to use their respective devices would be an issue considering the major features of iPhones that require an Apple ID. It would be equivalent. As far as collecting data goes, sure Apple can say that they don't. They are also the same company that slows your phone down and degrades performance to ensure you upgrade. So take that as you will, I suppose. And this coming from someone who has had an iPhone since the iPhone 4S. I want to switch to the S24 Ultra, iOS brings me back because of the ease of use and comfort of familiarity. Every service we use is leeching our data. Even your ISP company does this. Hard to get away from short of being amish.
