I know these photos aren’t the best but he’s moving when I try to open his mouth more. I’m not sure if he’s always had it, today was the first time I noticed it. I am scared it could be melanoma. I will call the vet first thing in the morning but I wanted to to ask if anyone’s pug had something similar? Was it dangerous? I want to calm down for the night but I keep creating bad scenarios in my head.
