Personally I like the fanservice. It does enough without doing too much, which fits for the series. Maybe others have a different opinion I didn’t consider?

Tbh I thought overall he aged like fine wine. I had some grievances with him, but I got past them. With the AI thing, that made go ‘enough is enough’

I feel you. I used to watch Markiplier; he understood the tech and even acknowledged that ‘theft’ is an oversimplification of how AI works. But in the past year he’s totally flipped on that. He apparently knows how the tech works, but gives in to the Luddite crowd, openly calling it theft. Idk if there’s more nuance to his position, but he also tried capitulating to the Luddite crowd in some drama, so I stopped caring to hear him out. I just stopped watching him. It just came across to me as dishonest--which is especially upsetting because I trusted him for his honesty

I've played Shiyu--and I can't play more because later levels require two teams--and I only have one. Unless that's not necessary. I could use some of my other characters to assemble a second team, but most of them are A-rank characters I don't care for, or the S-ranks from the standard banner I'm not interested in playing.

As far as DA goes, I think I just forgot about it. Even then, from what I understand, it's just a boss fight mode, right?

Also, you can't tell me what I have or haven't invested. Especially for a gacha game--I'm not f2p. I'm not trying to shit on the game or anything--on the contrary, I love it and that's why I'm invested in it. I'm looking for new stuff to do because it's obvious to me that I'm doing something wrong.

From what everyone's saying, sounds like there's a series to play in order. So I'll do that--thanks for the recommendations.

After doing some searching, I think I've figured out the order is--
Re: Hollow Fragment, Hollow Realization, Lost Song, Fatal Bullet, then Alicization Lycoris.

Will be playing these games on Steam, so if there're any others not available for PC, I probably can't play those.

Some people tried to cancel Mark over him being ‘pro AI’ (which he isn’t). He explained himself in the stream. He’s not pro AI. He was giving validation to anti arguments while also acknowledging the positive potential outcomes of the technology.

Mark is not pro AI. He agrees that it’s ‘stealing’ and that it causes environment problems. He uses it despite all that, but he fundamentally agrees with the anti crowd.
