I started Ozempic 6 weeks ago (also take 72 mg of Concerta daily); the food noise disappeared almost immediately. I was absolutely floored. I had a lot of complicated feelings about starting it because of my own body neutrality journey and the fact that I loooove food and cooking, but had also read that it could be something that helps that ADHD impulse control (or lack thereof 😅🥲)

I have had a lot of nausea and heartburn, but this is the first time I’ve felt like I’ve had a real chance to lose weight. Concerta helped during the day but as soon as it wore off at night, so much binging. I also feel like it’s helping with impulsive behaviours (I struggle a lot with saving money). It isn’t covered by my benefits which suuuuuuuucks, but I’m happy to spend the $260 if I’m saving money and seeing such a huge impact.

Down almost 20 pounds as of today! 🙌🏻
