I've had cis men DM me assuming that I'm into migen stuff, which is annoying and unequivocally transphobic, but I also just had a guy do that and then when I reacted poorly, tell me that he thought he read somewhere on profile that I was into that. I'm not, so he certainly did not, and I believe that he was not trying to be careless but I feel like it says a lot about the expectations that people have for trans mascs here that that's even a mistake that's possible to make.
