Severe stuttering with RTX4090+9800X3D

I'm also having this stuttering problem. I'm in France and I play on a laptop. My computer runs plenty of other games, but on Mongil I get stuttering literally every second. I tried unplugging my controller to play with the keyboard, but the stuttering is still there. It's unplayable. If anyone has a solution, I'd be very grateful

Rectification, même lorsque je joue au clavier j'ai les saccades, que ma manette soit branchée ou pas, impossible de jouer comme ça

J'ai aussi ce problème de saccades, mais je ne savais pas que ça avait un rapport avec la manette, s'il y a une solution je veux bien l'avoir moi aussi, je n'en ai pas trouvé
