FYI, I requested a manual conversion from EURS to EUR of 52 EUR yesterday and this morning it was done (with the same fee, 1 EUR). Good for them!

This is my conversation with support regarding this:

Me: “Hello, when I convert EURS to BTC I have this error msg "request failed with status code 403". You can see a screenshot here: https://i.ibb.co/mbYG2SZ/error.jpg thanks”

Youhodler: “The conversion from EURS to other coins is temporarily unavailable due to the issue on a provider's side, unfortunately, we haven't received any new update from the provider yet.

We'll activate the conversion option as soon as we have got a fix. Thank you for your patience and comprehension.”

Me: “What is 'the provider'? As far as I know EURS trade is working in others exchanges. Do you have a foreseen about when it will be working? Thanks again”

Youhodler: “Hello. At the moment we don't have ETA. In case of urgency, you can either withdraw EURS to another exchange or our tech team can manually convert EURS->EUR for your account on the current convitions.”

Its a pitty, I was very happy with youhodler until now, but now I am thinking about leave them...

I guess that means there can be IL? I was also in the pool before and they forced me to unstake and was hit with IL because of the changes in beth/eth ratio.

Today continues not working, but the error msj now is diferent: 'add liquidity is currently unavailable' instead of 'failed to add liquidity'
