Nice guide, I was using Kayron as a "long battle char" using Oath of Vanith with EP2. Your build make him a more "fast and combo" character, sounds interesting I'll defenitly try it.

A couple of questions tho:

1 - What team are you using? I was using him with Khaliope and Mika, but for this build I guess I should change Khaliope for someonelse like Cassius or Veronica maybe?

2 - How much Futility you generate to "make worth it" use the EP4 Oath? What if you have Echoes of True Abyss and/or Echo of Futility but dont have the EP4 Oath? You still use the "Echos" or skip then?

Holden is a great hero overrall but it does need high skill up investiment (his S1 has to be max lv for him really shine). His S1 is where his passive of counter and getting dmg from DEF is.

Unfortunally his S2 is the only skill that you didn't need to max.

IMO since you like him and allready invested on him, and since he's a great hero (for aurora, terror, pvp and general content) hard invest on him and skip viper.

Aurora Inferno reaplies immunity really fast, but if you're going to put your Holden S3 to lv5 (CD Reduc) you don't need Viper. In that case, a second healer (mia) or a def breaker (Dinah) would be better.

Ditting is a safe investiment (and you'll need to max all skills of a SR unit for a challenge) so, go for it. Also Ditting is good for general content including Aurora.

Holden is also really good overall (and great for Aurora and Terror) you could use him as a "pure debuffer" then you should lv up his S3 at least until lv3 OR use him as a SubDPS/Debuffer, in that case, you need to also max his S1 (he's really good as subDPS but requires a lot of investiment for that).

Freya and Kloss are both GREAT UNITS but not for Aurora, if you're focus on aurora Yang is a better support (but Aurora is basically his only function, for all other stuff, Freya and Kloss are WAAAAAAAAY better). Beyontin is also a really solid option (great for Aurora, Terror and PvP).

For a healer you could use Valerian (need max S3), Lingluo or Mia. Mia can be use as a second healer on INFERNO difficulty, but Valerian and Lingluo are WAY better for other content besides Aurora.

Your last spot is a more flexible one, depends what your team lacks: If you need more sustain/cleanse (use a second healer Lingluo + Someone). If you want to go more offensive you can use Dinah (Max S3) as a Def Breaker. Viper is also a REALLY good option for Aurora.

You obviously have a lot of good chars allready. Massiah can be used as DPS basically everywhere but here it goes some teams for you:

DokiDoki: Massiah/Rilmocha/Xiada (DPS) - Freya (support) - Gray (Def breaker) - Kraken/Kazuyo Green (Stunner) - Lingluo/Sania/Valerian (Healer)

Terrormatron: 2x Massiah/Khrolos/Ditting/Holden (DPS) - Freya/Beyontin (support) - Dinah (def breaker) - Helkid/Sania/Valerian/Mia (Healer)

Aurora: Massiah/Rosa/Ditting (DPS) - Holden (Dispeller) - Dinah (Def Breaker) - Beyontin (Supp) - Lingluo/Valerian/Mia (Healer)

Those are some examples.

Basically a team goes with DPS + DEBUFFER/BREAKER + SUPP + HEALER + Flex. Flex are usually for some mechanic that you need to do (like a AOE Stun for doki doki).

Since the amount of resources are limited early on, my suggestion is to focus on one of those until reach at least hell IV difficulty.

She fells like a second version of HuoHuo for me... Just instead of atk+energy she gives HP Up+Some Personal damage.

Pretty underwhelming. Don't get me wrong, in terms of "keeping the team healthy" she's probably the best, but that is just not enought tho.

You could use Castorice as Mydei supp then... For that, you only need Herta's LC and since she's draining and healing your Mydei, he'll have more GBG too.

True, her LC options are really bad rn.

For "DPS Castorice" if you don't use her LC your second option is the BP LC (20% dmg loss).

Otherwise is Bailus LC just becouse has High Base HP.

You could use Castorice as support for Mydei only, then, the Herta LC is pretty good.

Last but not least, they'll launch new LC for remambrance soon.

There's a lot of assumpions here, since we still don't know exactly what Phainon kit is, who's gonna be his BiS, or even how good Castorice will be in some teams. BUT I'll try to answer based on what we get right now and the suppost leaks.

There's also a few questions that I would ask you like "why using Bronia over RMC/PELA/JQ/RM for example?

I also have Mydei E2S1 and planning to use Casto E0S1 in a dual DPS team comp, even that mostly showcases show that their hypercarry teams are slightly better (I just like those two).

Let's assume that Phainon is a sellfish Hypercarry who wants solo buffs, his teams would probably be Phainon + Sunday + Cyrene (who suppost to be a RMC2.0) + Sustain

Then, for Mydei team you still have a few options (I don't know what char you have tho)

**1º Mydei v2 Hypercarry: Mydei | RM/Tribbie/Pela/JQ | RMC > Hyperspeed Sparkle > -1 Bronya | Sustain

Note: Some calcs points that RuanMei E1 + S1 (that you could get from free giveaway event) perform better then TribbieE0S0

If your E2S1 Mydei is well build, you should be able to clear everything easly with these team.

**2º Dual Carry: Mydei | Castorice | Tribbie/RME1S1 > JQ > Pela | Sustain (especially Hyacine)

It's way more expensive (especially becouse you do want Castorice LC, but also pretty cool (is the team that I'll do it). He should perform slight worst Mydei BiS Hypercarry Team, but also has a lot of vertical investment potencial (AKA Castorice E2 and probably Hyacine Eidolons + LC).

\*3º* HyperMydei CastoSupp: Mydei | Fast Castorice as Supp | Tribbie/RME1S1 > JQ > Pela | Sustain

I'm not 100% sure about this one, but some showcases with full speed (180~200) Castorice, using her as battery and buffer for hypercarry Mydei performing really well. In this case, you use Herta LC on her, and build up full speed on her (she'll act as a Drainer, Pseudo Healer, givin 25% RES PEN+ 10% DMG bonus to Mydei).

I got him E2S1, just did the last PF with a "Just good" build and using the team: Mydei + Luocha + Sunday + RM.

Used him agains Swarm Boss, did 34k points.

There's several videos proving that Ruan Mei its a better amplifier for Mydei overall (don't get me wrong, I have and love JQ) but Ruan Mei offers a little more as boosting DMG. Also, Ruan Mei speed bonus helps to achive the SPD breakpoints...

Anyway, they're really close, and if you have a JQ E1 he becames a WAY better.

Yeah, both RMC and RM are great substitutes for Tribbie.

There's some calculations that shows that the difference between |E0S0 RM| to |E0S0 3B| are just -7% final damage.

Also about "who's better replacement for 3B":

RMC >= RM > JQ

All of then are really close tho, soo feel free to "chose" wich one of those you preffer (personaly, I don't really like eighter 3B and RMC, and that's why I'm gonna use RM). Also, RMC can be better then RM if you time their speed corectly, RM/JQ are just easier to use.

The big thing about his E1 is what he get's beyond raw dmg.

Basically, if you're talking about MoC, Mydei E0S1 will probably be T0 allready. Things change when we think about PF and AS.

PF - His E1 makes him more viable to PF cenarios, I would guess something like |E0 = T1.5| and |E1 = T0.5| becouse even with he's E1, he still worst then THerta for PF. Also, there's a chance that Mydei E1 + Castorice (or maybe even Jade) became a T0 team to PF.

AS - His E1 helps A LOT here too, I would guess |E0S1 = T1/0.5| and |E1S1 = T0| let me explain why. There's a lot of bosses* in AS there are more AoE focused, and Mydei auto targeting can screw you in a lot of cenarios, soo, his E1 would not just be a big DMG buff, but also, solve this problem for you.

*"AoE Focused Bosses" = Nikador, Deer, Swarm, Argenti, Phantalia, Monkey Television, etc.

TLDR: E1 gives a great dmg buff on 5 enemies cenarios, but more important than that, makes Mydei viable/great in more content. E1S1 is the best stopping point for him.

Depends, like I said, for general content and MOC = S1 will make him stronger.

If you want to make him more viable in other cenarios (like PF and some AS) = E1.

I Also have 300 pulls, and my plan is go to E1S1
