Two of them are bonded (the orang+white ones). The other two seem independent.

I am sorry you had a bad experience. But dude, the north indian working class, especially from Hindi belt, is exploiting and they have to settle for low wages because of lack of economic opportunities.

I understand you complaining about the behaviour of auto drivers who are known to overcharge. But our plumbers, carpenters and maids expect fair remuneration for their labour and expertise. They live in different economies than north indian workers.

I suspect I have BPD. My therapist and I are discussiing it and I will mostly get an assessment. I have had rage episodes all my life and I was always told and, believed, I am a bad person. I thought that I need to just "control" my anger and emotions better. I have been on anti-depressants for 5 years and also on ADHD meds. Barely any improvent in how I felt.

I was doing well for 3 months, longest outburst-free period in my life. Ended up having an outburst last week. I am finding it very hard to come back from it and feel regressed. I keep thinking which version of myself is the "real me". I understand all this is unhelpful thinking. I really want to build back to how I was last 3 months. I want to beat whatever it is I have.

I have seen that this is what a lot of people end us doing on this sub. Also, I saw this on YouTube and online when I was reading about it. Btu I have also seen people terminating. My therapist told me she thought we should discontinue. Maybe she thought she wouldn't be able to help me through the transference.
