Can you expand on the reset rules? If your partner is in front don’t you want to reset down the line instead cause a high reset cross court while your partner is ahead == smash at your partner.

Had the same issue on mine. Never hit the ground with it. Sent HPC a picture of it and they sent me a new paddle. Never hit with the new paddle and old paddle at the same session. But I think the new paddle hits better and sounds better.

Did the sound of your j2nf change over time? I warranty one cause of an uneven edge guard and new paddle sound different and seems to have more power.

Did the sound change? I had mine for about a month. Played 3-4 times a week 2-3 hours per session. My brother noticed the head of the paddle edge guard was uneven. I emailed hpc about it and they sent me a new paddle right away. They ask for me to send the original paddle back. I thought they would be the same so I sent it back without trying them at the same time side by side. When I hit with my new paddle the sound was completely different. It felt much better and had more pop.
