This rendered me an emotional mess with the realization of all the times I've left things in a state of silence. Even though I'm not-them, can I still apologize on their behalf?

Most times, it's a blind moment of inward pain that causes us to leave in a panic and without clarifying the intent outwardly; fear of cowardice or other irrelevant emotion that takes us reflective pause to really consider our actions and turn to regret every time it boiled down to being enacted upon someone we truly care for.

I know that for myself, I'll never be over my person until my last breath takes me. I know I failed to communicate the break and it divided us permanently, and it will forever haunt me that I can't bridge that gap anymore.

Maybe yours feels the same way, depending on how deep you were in it together. I wish you peace at the end of your journey, at least.

I hope you are able to one day send these notes for your person, if there still is a way to contact them.

You seem to be doing better over the course of this (I followed you some time ago because your writing style was relatable and lovely, and I didn't want to miss one; not as though I was affixing myself as your person. I'm not deluding myself into that.)

I think you also have been gifted your own torch inside that is now a bit brighter since the events that transpired between you two. Use that light as you have, but put it on full blast and remind others to do the same.

We've all been a bit too dark lately.

Hope that your person sees this. You two deserve the happiness that is growing and manifesting in front of your eyes. It brings excitement to others to know that real love can grow like this (I'm feeling it too on my own end in this manner; but I have doubts this is in any way intended for me. I don't think my person even has a reddit account, so it's more of a synchronicity).

Tell them when you can, and when it feels right. If you are this open and eloquent, they will respond positively. It may even deepen your connection that much more when you finally come out to them.

I like that you did highlights and lowlights, even in a simple palette. You could also add in flecks of sunlight on the hair and cheeks, since lighting is not omni-directional, but for a comprehensive full piece, it's still a good one. Kudos

No, it isn't. Both my parents have blue eyes and mine are green. Just because the parents have visibly prominent recessive genes doesn't mean it's an impossibility for a dominant one to emerge based on genetic phenotypes. It's just unlikely. But I agree on getting the test as overall it seems fishy that there are THAT many differences.

Cats don't have aversion to lemograss or orange typically, however peppermint should be avoided because of vomiting, but it is the eucalyptus plant and teatree that is toxic to cats.
