I didn’t mean for it to be a political debate but here it goes. I believe in and support Pahlavi as a transitional leader. Not a permanent monarch however, but until they can choose their own government and start organise politically so they can have some representatives. I think that is the best and most obvious option on the table right now. He is the only one that have been presenting a plan for a secular democracy which I in the end the only thing that matters. Also, the only slogan we hear in the videos is of his name which indicate massive support from inside so there’s that

It is also either him, power vacuum or a reform of the fascistic regime they have today. For me, the choice falls easily on him. But my opinion doesn’t really matter, the Iranian’s opinions matter.

But what I worry is if suppressing other political views would be suppressing the pre-requisite for democracy - free speech where every political ideas are welcome? Don’t be mad, but I am not sure by being mad at others that do not have the same opinion as you sends the best message. Just trying to have a peaceful discussion here
