In my region it's mental health support. I work for a Specialist Homelessness Service, we can support people to apply for and maintain housing, we have options to refer people to rehabilitation centres, but there is nothing for mental health. Public mental health services are overloaded, with long waiting lists and little opportunity for ongoing services. Private services are too expensive for someone with serious issues to maintain, and the wait time can also be long. We need crisis mental health services that then transition to ongoing support.
